Description of the service

Assess your digitalization strategy or roadmap with focus on AI potentials!

AI innovations and potentials are important components of a company’s digital transformation and a relevant part of a future-proof digitalization strategy. Companies face the challenge of integrating AI into a holistic digitalization strategy, objectively assessing the status of digitalization and prioritizing the development of potential.

We offer independent expert support in the evaluating and designing of your digitalization strategy, with a holistic approach aimed at identifying and tapping AI potential. Through a comprehensive analysis, we determine the digital maturity of your production and your AI strategy based on your objectives, record and prioritize AI potential in your manufacturing context, and incorporate this into your digitalization roadmap.
Expected results: Report with analysis results and recommendations
The methodology: The assessment is based on the Fraunhofer IPA method including maturity level analysis, potential analysis and roadmapping. The systematic evaluation approach can be scaled depending on the objective and manufacturing context.
